I attempted to climb that 20 foot cliff on the far side of the pond but it was too slippery 😣 I almost fell into the ice covered water below, partway up. Cinco Tinajas trail at Big Bend state park, Texas.

Ernst Tinaja trail in big bend national park, Texas. Absolutely gorgeous scenery, at the end of a really rough 4wd road. The lower cliffs are 20' and the larger outer cliffs are 100' high, and all the rock looks like taffy that's been folded over and over.

An old abandoned movie set in Big Bend State Park a few nights ago. I had to stay up to 5 am to capture the stars - the moon was too bright to see them very well until it set. Contrabando was filmed here.
